Biography

Dr. Kacer provides laboratory support for CHEEC and assists in the collection of field samples. Prior to his work at CHEEC, he worked for the State of Iowa, the U.S. Department of Defense, and several engineering consulting firms. He has extensive experience assessing soil and groundwater contamination at National Priorities List sites and other contaminated sites, and has conducted air quality research assessing human exposure to localized sources of PM2.5.
